I am a director of Arup, a multidisciplinary consultancy with over thirty-five years of experience, working in Europe, the Middle East, India and Asia in a career delivering world class projects with ambitious programmes and budgets. This has included building alliances and joint ventures and shaping multidisciplinary teams and partnerships to deliver these projects. My work has been with leaders in government, semi-state organizations, global multinationals and private developers.

Offering executive and leadership coaching as an online service works well in my coaching work with international clients. My approach is rooted in coaching psychology, existential philosophy and my own practical experience.

I strongly believe my clients have the resources within themselves to tackle the challenges they bring to coaching. My experience and training come together in my approach with each of my clients to explore their unique values, beliefs and worldview to help them find the solutions within themselves to the challenges they have in work or in life.
