Through our sessions, I will look to you to:
- Articulate your goals, situating them in your views of the world.
- Apply your experience and knowledge in developing action plans.
- Commit to full participation and actioning the steps discussed in each session.

In turn I will be offering:
- A safe space for you to talk and explore your questions and challenges.
- Alternative ways of thinking including philosophical challenges to help with your reflections.
- Support you to define a solution focussed action plan for your insights and ideas.

To help you make your choice I offer a complimentary thirty-minute online conversation where you can ask any questions you may have.

Organisational & Culture Change

Embedding new cultures in organisations needs leadership at multiple levels to live the values that are intrinsic to the new cultures. Achieving this requires mature self-awareness amongst all of the members of the leadership team. Coaching can help leaders reflect on their self-awareness, self-esteem and self-confidence to allow them to fully engage in and promote the cultural changes taking place and set the example for their teams and colleagues.

Perfectionism & Standards

The pursuit of quality and high standards will always be critical to differentiate your companies offering. There may however be occasions where it gets in the way of progress or you may be worried about the ability of the team to achieve the standards you are expecting. Coaching can offer a space to reflect on your definition of quality and to explore alternative perspectives which may allow your definition to evolve to overcome the issues causing concern.

Imposter Syndrome & Procrastination

If you find yourself uncomfortable with your position in your firm, consistently procrastinating, delaying decisions or avoiding action this can really impact on your performance at work and your key stakeholder relationships. If you are experiencing these feelings, coaching will explore the issues that may be holding you back and challenge the assumptions you have about yourself.

Meaning & Purpose

Meaning and purpose exist at both an organisational level and a personal one. At an organisational level, the board plays a critical role in defining the purpose and meaning for the organisation and its people. There is a need for philosophical communication and visioning from the leadership to the membership of the firm. Coaching can help leaders look at their role in this process and explore strategies for embracing the opportunities that come in defining meaning and purpose within an organisation.

Anxiety & Uncertainty

For the last twelve years, uncertainty has become a new norm in business. Operating in this environment is a challenging proposition. Holding the tension between possible options can be acutely stressful but is essential to allow new ideas and perspectives to emerge; whether it is to cope with a pandemic like COVID-19 or supply chain disruption. Coaching offers a space for you to talk through uncertainties, to flesh out risks, look beyond models and confront fears to gain new perspectives and develop creative solutions to your dilemmas.

Life Transitions & Personal Development

We have transitions throughout our life. These could be at major life events like a global pandemic, a family bereavement, marriage, divorce or a change of job. Transition can mean a temporary loss of familiar routines while we create a new structure and life style and may give rise to real existential questions about our place in the world. Coaching can explore these personal anxieties and through the lens of the existential philosophers you can test your choices going forward.
